Milena gained a broad range of experience in sales, marketing and data management across multiple industries including Pharma, FMCG, Energy and Telco, in both advisory and executive leadership roles.
Acting as the Commercial Data Lead in Lean Digital Core (LDC) at Novartis and as Trade Operations and Market Access Enterprise Data Owner, she is forming the new global data management practice including the operating model for this data subdomain.
The pop in my job:
The foundation of my data oriented thinking had been laid already almost 30 years ago during my computer science education. Approaching the mid age life recapitulation now, the question “Why?” is becoming a centrepiece of my actions and motivations. I believe that data management is here to contribute a little to bring the theme of order into a current chaotic and complex world.
